Journal #20: On My Mind…

I am willing to use every healthy tool I have learned, SURRENDER my EGO (Anger), FEED my heart muscle and do my part to BE THE CHANGE I so hopefully want to see in today’s society. Clarity IS sanity. Having the courage to turn the finger around on oneself (searching within each moment one’s about to blame, lash out at or harm another living creature or human being) will open up a internal window for one to see the root of the pain that one is experiencing. That action will create a massive shift, guaranteed in time… One day at a time. One WILLING, COURAGEOUS, HUMBLE human being at a time.
