“Get down,” one shouted. “Stay down,” screamed another. Enough is Enough…

“Get down,” one shouted. “Stay down,” screamed another…

This morning I woke very unsettled from what happened in Las Vegas last night. I took a walk through Shelby Park to make sense of what I was feeling and this came out. I wanted to share it with you. Take what you like and leave the rest. ♥️

I’ve become speechless these days.
Seeing what I’m seeing. Hearing what
hearing. And I’m feeling hopeless right now but I know there’s a way to get back what we have lost.

The human touch…
Caring for our neighbor…
Knowing what’s right and what’s wrong…
Having compassion…
Releasing the hate…
Letting go of the resentment…

I know, first hand, from my past experiences, resentment destroys lives. It almost destroyed mine 7 years back. So, I know for a fact that resentment, fear and hate is what’s underneath all this tragedy going on.

It’s up to us to take care of our world…

Pointing a finger?
Posting a harsh comment that truly hurts your friend or family because you feel the need to inject your opinion on another? Did that really change anything except maybe lose a life long friend?
.You’re hurting yourself, you’re hiding behind your own lack and your slowly killing your human side of yourself. You’re becoming a robot… Numb to tragedy and a follower of hate and fear.

Yup… Fear is winning.
Yup… Humanity is dying.
Our senses have become numb and accepting to this “apocalypse” of sorts that’s already begun…

We can stop it.
We can overcome this very dangerous and disastrous dance between love and hate. It takes awareness of seeing that you’re hurting yourself and everyone else around you. It’s because you’re unhappy inside. It’s cause you feel that being right, and hurting others will somehow make you feel better, but it only makes you feel worse in the long run. It’s being addicted to the “Win” and having no care for another person.

I’m talking to both sides cause I’m not sure who will listen to this…

The good can add to the good…
The lost can be found…

Ya, I know it’s totally scary to feel what your feeling inside, day in and day out, and then be courageous to go inside and sort through your own shit. What do you think is the main problem with politics, government, organized community?

At first, in the very beginning of any birth or life of some idea, 99.9% of what we do is to create good. That’s our natural human tendency. Then greed, ego and fear enters. And if that person that’s in charge let’s that hate and fear feed him or her over the years, rather than be fed by love, then that fear and hate starts to become acceptable; it starts to feeds others, and then, others will start thinking it’s ok to harm others and use harsh lashing words to make themselves feel better.

But there must come a point, like now, where we all must take responsibly for our own baggage, no matter how big or small. Yes, it’s scary. I know. I’ve done it. It’s scary to look at yourself in the mirror and see the ugliness that’s built up inside of you from your past experiences. And that turns into external fear and hate.

Many folks are not ready to look in the mirror for fear of what they would have to face and feel. It’s like pandora’s box. But once willing to open the box, and be courageous enough to feel that pain and uncomfortableness, one is then able to work on oneself, which then allows one to eventually give fully of themselves to others, even if the other person can’t. That’s where becoming the “better man” comes in. That takes courage, humility and love.
Unhappiness is just a combination of anger, hate and greed rolled into one. And in that unhappiness, there’s a need to hide lack behind a wall of “look at me”.

We are all fighting our own battle. And this topic I am speaking of is a loaded conversation. It take courage to want to see yourself and then choose to be the one to shift your way of being, each and every day, here on Earth. That’s how you can love fully
and make a difference!

I may have lost 99% of you at this point in this conversation cause it’s a heavy one, and yes, draining if you’re not ready to hear all of this. But for the 1% still here, I’ll finish what’s on my mind.

We are here on Earth for a blink of a moment. That’s it! And we are here to carry our goodness onto others, both here now and to those who are to still to come, so they can experience living on this planet in a positive light. We are here to love others, as is, to give to those in need, to move forward without that fear telling us we are never gonna be enough. We are enough. You are enough. And if someone told you otherwise, I’m here to say, “You are more than enough.”

In a word.. .Contribution. We are here to contribute our gifts, passions, positive light, to others. We are here to do our part, to help others. We are here to grow this world, healthily and in harmony, so it stays here, long after we pass.

Be a stand for the right cause; for love and humanity. Be a stand to continue to have the freedom to reach your true potential so you are contributing fully to others who need it most in this world.
Goodness is contagious. Enough good will overcome the people who are unfortunately far gone to be rehabilitated. So we gotta be willing to be the change and have faith that THAT GOODNESS will move mountains… In time…

There ain’t nothing gonna bring back what’s already lost. But we can start here and start now. We can bring back faith and get rid of fear. We are stronger than hate. We are better than fear. We are human beings and we gotta start getting along here.
We are destroying what has been given to us so long ago. I’m not talking about politics or government, I’m talking about something greater than all that which created this entire world.

We can bring back a world we love.
We gotta let go of all this resentment.
See our part.
Pick up the pieces.
We might be broken, but we can heal, together…
One good action at a time.

A smile
A prayer
A touch
A hug
A compliment
A helping hand

Amen…
