I am absolutely loving Kismet. There is such a great community out here…

So, here’s a fun story! Yesterday evening my friend and I went to a cute place around here called Beach & Vine Wines and Spirits to have a bottle of wine and relax. We ended up chatting with the owner about wine, the Kismet community, his place and how cozy it is and, of course, music! Before ya knew it, he asked if I’d like to play the next day during Happy Hour. Well, of course!

So today, after spending some downtime on the beach, joining in on a few volleyball games with some peeps, I got to enjoy the Kismet community first hand. I met so many lovely people and locals while I got to share my music and my stories with them. The best part was taking a break and going around, table by table, and meeting everyone personally. Everyone truly appreciated the music, the storytelling; it just felt so perfect! Like this accidental gig was simply meant to be!

Yes! Today gave me a burst of excitment for this upcoming album and tour! There was even a guy there from Switzerland who was asking when I’d be coming out there! Hey, where there’s a will, there’s a way. This is what music is all about. Connecting with others on common grounds… Yup! It’s all about human connection…
