Ever since I can remember, I have been one to go to extremes. It has cause a lot of joy, and a lot of pain, from doing so, to myself and others.
As life has moved forward, and as I have become wiser from allowing myself to experience life on life’s terms, as best I can, I have come to the awareness that balance is not something we can sustain forever. It’s a moment to moment process where we go in and out of, due to life’s circumstances.
Balance is something we must work on, day in and day out. It’s something that will knock us down in a split second, and keep us down until we are able to get back up again. Staying as close to balance as possible comes from practicing being aware of your inner self and your surroundings, and then working on yourself, one day at a time, to find the middle of your extremes.
