This week’s been quite the ride! In six days I unveiled my Musical Vision Quest RocketHub Campaign that I’d been working on for the past five months. I took you way, way back to where my creative journey all started. I shared one of my most terrifying experiences, getting thrown off a raft and into “Satan’s Cesspool” during my college adventures at Sonoma State University! You got a glimpse into my earliest stages of becoming a songwriter, how I got over my fear of playing guitar and all about my very first band “Blush”! And yes, I took you for a little walk down memory lane, unlocking a bunch of old photos I’d had in my closet, many I’d never publicly shared before from NY and LA performances stretching back 15 years! Oye…
And now, as I take a breath for a moment, as I take in this beautiful June Sunday afternoon, I have one more thing to say…
NOTHING in life is guaranteed, EXCEPT THIS…
If you pour your heart and soul into something that feeds others in a positive and empowering light, as it feeds you all the same, if you take action and follow the path of MOST RESISTANCE, there is NO WAY you will not gain something MAGICAL from that experience! But remember, THE MAGIC HAPPENS ON THE UNIVERSE’S TIME, NOT YOURS…
As this week’s journey comes to an end, I thank everyone of you who’ve teamed up with me! We’re at 6% of our goal. Seventeen RocketHub Fuelers have jumped on board the rocketship. What a great start! This gives us $1,770 of the $30,000 needed to make my new album and take that album on tour! I hope that many more of you, who believe in this musical vision quest I’ve shared, will join me as well over the remaining 6 weeks ahead! Let’s have some fun and make a record! Let’s make some new music that touches people’s hearts!
