Happy 3rd Anniversary to, ‘You Made Me See.’
It’s three years now since I released my single, “You Made Me See.” As many of you know, the inspiration behind this song came about a few years after the sudden passing of my best friend and soulmate, Rich. After continuing to process my grief and move forward, this song unfolded out of me. Even though this song has come from the most tragic experience I’ve had, its message is uplifting and empowering. It shows how much someone you love can continue to touch your life – even when they are physically gone. I will always be super grateful to my friend Phil Solem (The Rembrandts) who produced “You Made Me See” in his Nashville studio. The experience was magical in many ways.
Here is the live performance of it from my music video release party for it at The 5 Spot.
