Thank you SO MUCH for all the love you gave me for my official Birthday yesterday! And for some special few who called and texted. 💛 I appreciate you very much.

It was such a good day. I got lots of self-care in, took care of some business, started going shopping for some of the treats and decorations for my Birthday Bash & Party Saturday and then went out with some of my friends downtown, which was so much fun. We even let a couple photobomb one of our shots to make them smile.

Life is so precious and short so I’m focused more and more on doing my best to have more fun and stop taking myself so seriously. I’m a Taurus ♉️ so it’s part of my DNA to be so detail oriented and disciplined but there’s also the side of me that loves to live life to the fullest and have great adventures!

Oh one last thing. When I went shopping for some party items for this Saturday, I got attacked my a swarm of about 30 Cicadas that were in front of and around the outside of the store and I was jumping around like a frantic fool! They were on my arms, legs and face and I was swatting them with one hand as I was holding a ton of bags in the other - trying to make it into my care alive 🤣. I safely made it there and shut the door and took a breath.

As I looked over to the passenger seat, a darn cicada made it into my car. I told it to stay still… Then, as I drove away from the swam and drove away from the parking lot, I opened the passenger window and tapped it to leave but it wouldn’t go. It took a few tries for it go bye-bye… OMG - These Cicadas!
